Lecturer | Researcher | Digital Innovation
I am Thacha Lawanna, a lecturer at the International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI), Chiang Mai University, Thailand. My research focuses on digital innovation, artificial intelligence, Case-Based Reasoning (CBR), FinTech, machine learning, data science, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. I am particularly interested in developing intelligent and adaptive frameworks that apply emerging technologies to solve complex real-world problems. My work explores Generative AI, Large Language Models, intelligent agents, big data, blockchain, and intelligent process automation. As an educator and researcher, I aim to connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications and contribute to innovative, sustainable, and human-centered digital solutions for society.
My work focuses on applying technology and innovative methods to solve real-world problems in business, education, and society.
Specialized in Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) systems, Explainable AI (XAI), and integrating CBR with autonomous multi-agent coordination or Large Language Models (LLMs).
Actively researches AI-driven instructional design, learning analytics, and generative AI-powered reflective learning dashboards to enhance higher education performance.
My engineering frameworks extend into dynamic digital environments, including fraud detection, adaptive digital marketing decision-making, and IoT-driven agricultural remote sensing.
